Support

A few practical ways to keep control of your local training record.

For help, email feedback@uhuoban.com.

Send feedback

Use the in-app feedback page to send a category and message. Screenshots and contact information are optional. Open FeedbackHub if you need the support page in a browser.

Export your data

Open My / Settings, then Data management. “Copy local data JSON” copies a full local-data record, while “Copy workout history CSV” copies a workout-history table. Paste the copied text into a place you control.

Delete a workout

Open Records, find the workout, and use its delete action. This removes that workout from the app’s local history and cannot be undone.

Clear workout history

Open My / Settings → Data management → Delete workout history. This clears workouts and achievements. Saved plans, profile settings, language, and default weight stay in place.

Remove all app data

To erase every local setting, first export anything you need, then use your device’s app-data removal or uninstall controls.

Does it count reps automatically?

Phone training does not count reps automatically. After each set, you enter the reps you actually completed.

Does it need an account or internet connection?

Workout records stay local and do not require a workout account. Premium-enabled versions include five valid workouts at no charge; further new workouts require Premium. Purchasing, restoring and necessary entitlement verification require internet access. Sending feedback opens FeedbackHub and requires an internet connection, but it does not require registration. Ordinary training data stays local. This static website does not collect form information.

Can I use music or voice cues?

The app has optional training cues and background music. You can change these settings in the app.
